The location was great
The bed in the first room we stayed in was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. There was also no alarm clock and we had an early morning trip scheduled the next day. The 2nd room we slept in had a severe mold problem on the wood floor in the bathroom. The smell was terrible and the room was so toxic we had to keep the patio door open all the time.
the service was awful, One bed was broken and never fixed . We had to sleep on a mattress on the floor. Not clean at all.
Everything, the apartments were amazing and my friends and I had a great time!
Only thing was when cleaning up, we had nothing to clean the kitchen with. Like soap and cleaning products.
I enjoyed the fact that separate rooms were available within the condo. Also, the common areas/kitchen provided a nice meeting area for us after each day of our trade show. The kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, and stove.
Frankly, the condo we stayed in was filthy. It wasn't even cleaned until after 6PM on the first day that we checked in. Housekeeping only left one towel for each person (on a 4-night stay), and there were no bath mats or washcloths. The cost of parking is absolutely atrocious ($20/day), which is ridiculous when you consider that we spent $1600 for a four-night stay. It is apparent that condo rental is an afterthought for the staff, since most tenants in the building own their units.
this is the most disgusting rental apartment i have ever seen the bed was full of hair and had been slept in there was no one to change it until the morning and the next day creased sheets were put on the bed and a disgusting sheet hung of the bed to hide a filthy wall behind it .they olso charged us for another room as well and we had to chase numerous times to recover our money andthey had the audacity to charge us 20£ for their mistake we paid for 3 days but left after 2 as any self respecting persons do
there have 3 bedrooms
I am totally dissatisfied about this hotel. Firstly, I was check in after 3pm, the apartment was chaos in because there still unclean, you can easily to see the garbage which was leaved by the customers before; the dish and cup also dirty, and the beds are mess. Could you imagine all the hotel just have one housekeeper? Personally, my money should pay for the comfortable and clean hotel, and I cannot accept this situation. When I check out, they just say nothing and when I came back to New York, I found they charge $100 without any notice. I called them they said I took their six towels away. Actually, I never seem any towel when I taking shower in hotel. And they have no any evidence to prove it. Then they just hand up my phone. I want someone give me the solution.
The locations is superb. Near to all the good things on Brickell.
The quality of the managment of the hotel is poor and this reflects directly in the quality of the apartments. The place just seems not to be prepared for being a "hotel". It is clearly a "rent an apartment" managed poorly.
poor service spase rooms, not much in the condo
The location was close to Miami Seaport and Biscayne Bay Harbour.
The studio room was extremely basic and poorly furnished. Not at all Executive Corporate Rental as description title had led us to believe.
Family style place with no noise. Clean, close to Financial District. Also many good eating options nearby.
Never recieved Internet facility during stay. That is not good, although most buiseness people have their own 3G s with them.
Access to the function we were attending
Absolutely no service
I didn't like it...It looks cheap, someone was cooking 3 apts from us and we can smell the food and the apt was clean but not that much.
The bed was awfull
The pool area.
Did not respect the details of our booking. Had to show the booking because they were not accepting us.
Great value for money. It is like renting a flat, so the services are not comparable to a typical hotel. If you understand that and agree to that concept, the place is great. For the value of a regular room I had 3 rooms+2 bathrooms+living+kitchen+balcony in the 40th floor!
The room was not perfectly cleaned (some dust).
